Very early in the morning, before the sun was fully over the horizon, I came across this Lion with it's head turned towards the dawn giving some gorgeous catchlights in it eyes.
There were other Long Tailed Macaque's around but this one seemed to be hanging around on it's own at the entrance to a cave - which enabled me to isolate it from the cluttered surroundings.
These birds of prey like to perch high to view all around for potential meals - this one was high in a dead tree so I was able to see the whole bird.
